📦 General Shipping Information
- Packaging: Playground equipment is not shipped on pallets, as each part has different shapes and sizes. Some packages may reach 2.5 CBM, with the maximum single package weight at approximately 85 KG.
- Unloading: Customers are responsible for unloading. We recommend having 2–3 able-bodied people ready for team lift unloading.
- Storage: After unloading, please store all parts properly in a safe, dry location to avoid damage.
