SUPPORT POST:
Column The main support column is made of imported huanghuali wood, and the column specification is 95 * 95 mm. The center of the four sides of the column is carved with tiny grooves to increase the surface aesthetics and protect the wood from cracking.
PLATFORM:
Platform The platform is made of imported huanghuali wood. The platform specification is 1160*1160mm, and the plate thickness of the platform is 26 mm.
Steel pipe:
Steel pipe fittings are made of galvanized pipe, the surface of which adopts electrostatic assembly line powder spraying process, which is evenly adhered to the surface of the fittings by high temperature baking, with bright colors, strong anti-UV corrosion resistance and not easy to fade.
Wooden process:
The whole set of wooden products need to be assembled with various parts (i.e. trial installation), and the assembly position is marked according to the plane requirements after assembly. After disassembly, brush the first coat of primer, air dry the product surface meticulous sanding, until the product surface is smooth, rounded edges; the second coat of paint as the first coat of primer requirements, perfect details; all steps are completed after brushing the third coat of paint (top coat)
